About Drastalk

Hi, I’m ROCO who works as a pharmacist at a drugstore in Japan.

In this blog, I will introduce products sold at Japanese drugstores for foreign tourists and foreigners living in Japan.

Many foreign customers come to the drugstore where I work, but I feel frustrated that I can’t convey the goodness of Japanese products in English.

Also, I am very interested in how foreign customers who come to Japanese drugstores obtain information and choose products.

For this reason, I decided to write this blog introducing the products sold in Japanese drugstores in English.

The name of this blog is “drastalk”.

The origin of the name is a combination of “drugstore” and “talk”.

I chose this name because the topic of the article is born from the talk with the customer at the drugstore.

Many drugstores in Japan sell medicines, medical supplies, hygiene products, health foods, cosmetics, and toiletries.

In this blog, I plan to introduce Japanese medicines, medical supplies, hygiene products, health foods, cosmetics, and toiletries.

I will do my best to update the articles so that this blog will be useful for foreigners when shopping at drugstores in Japan.

Please enjoy shopping in Japan!
